Le service RECI (Recherche, Exploration Cognitive et Interventions non médicamenteuses) se situe sous la responsabilité du Dr Manon CUBLIER.

Ce service regroupe 3 lignes d’activité :

• Recherche : pour l’organisation et la mise en place opérationnelle des protocoles conduits au sein du pôle
• Consultation mémoire : où sont réalisées toutes les évaluations cognitives
• Interventions non médicamenteuses : programmes de psychoéducation, BREF MA2 et autres dispositifs

Consultation Mémoire

L’activité de Consultation Mémoire est un dispositif non sectorisé, spécialisé dans l’évaluation des patients présentant des antécédents de pathologie psychiatrique.

→ Les demandes d’évaluation cognitive sont à adresser par mail à la secrétaire Mme Marilyn JINYAN (Marilyn.JINYAN(at)ch-le-vinatier(dot)fr) en utilisant la fiche d’adressage ci jointe.

La Consultation Mémoire de l’unité RECI propose par ailleurs un avis pluridisciplinaire sur dossier, via la Réunion de Concertation Pluridisciplinaire.

Interventions Non Médicamenteuses

Plusieurs groupes de psychoéducation sont proposés aux patients de plus de 65 ans, sur plusieurs thèmes :

• Troubles bipolaires
• Troubles du sommeil
• BREF MA2, à destination des aidants

Différents dispositifs sont par ailleurs proposés aux patients hospitalisés en hospitalisation complète ou ambulatoire : groupes à médiation par la nature, suivi psychologique individuel, etc.
